Here is a stress-relieving bath oil for PMS, or any time hormones may be spiking. Imperial Ingredients Metric 12 drops Bergamot Essential Oil 12 drops 12 drops Geranium Essential Oil 12 drops 16 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil 16 drops 16 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil 16 drops 1/3 c. Argan Oil 85 ml Blend the Essential Oils into the Argan Oil. Put into a dark glass bottle. Add 1 t. / 5 ml under running water when filling the bath.
